Daniel is a guitarist and proponent of DIY music who has had many roles in the music industry.

Holding an Associate's Degree from the Musician's Institute, his expertise is backed by solid academic training. Daniel began teaching at the age of 16 after earning Grade 8 certification from Trinity Rockschool. He has since been empowering newcomers to the instrument, while offering seasoned players fresh insights into their craft.

Daniel was a founding member of Seattle-based noise-punk trio YOY, which earned recognition after signing with Den Tapes and touring the US West Coast voraciously. He was also a former member of Singapore's Cactus Cactus, and currently makes music with the band Spider.

Beyond performing and teaching, he has lent his musical talents to commercial projects for renowned brands like Subway and Hershey's. Daniel’s passion for music also extends beyond his own artistry.
